Who is Kid Rock?
Robert James Ritchie aka Kid Rock was born in Romeo, Michigan on January 17, 1971. He began his musical career in the 80s and is still known for his music.
To date, Kid has released 12 studio albums, two extended plays, one compilation album, and one live album—All Summer Long song released in 2007 tops his most popular song list.
To date, he has been in twenty relationships, while the twentieth one is his fiance Audrey Berry.
Kelley South and Kid Rock Were Middle School Lovers
Kelley and Kid met in eighth grade at Romeo Middle School in Michigan. It was the year 1985 when the pair met and had an on-and-off relationship for a decade.
They didn’t exchange vows even after having so many ups and downs in their life. Instead, Kelley and Kid gave birth to their first child in June 1993, Robert James Ritchie Junior. And, their son Junior is also a singer, who is married to Marisa Trovato, and has two kids, Skye Noelle and Ryder James.
Kelley Cheated Kid Rock
Kelley along with Kid Rock raised three kids, Junior and the other two. Rock thought the other two kids were his, but it wasn’t the case. When he found out Kelley cheated on him, Kid was emotionally torn up, says Bob Ebeling.

Kelley and Kid Rock’s Custody Battle
Kid had a paternity test in 1994 which proved Junior was his son. After a decade-long love life, in 1995, Kid separated from Kelley as he found out only one child was his and the other two weren’t.
And, as Kelley’s cheating was proof of her unfaithfulness, Kid was granted full custody of Junior. The custody battle started in December 1999 and ended in the next ten months. Kelley allegedly accused Kid that he did not let her spend time with her son.
The court finally decided in October 2000, and in exchange for $25 weekly, Kelley was allowed to spend time with Junior.
Where Is Kelley South Russell Now?
Kelley gained significant fame as Kid Rock’s ex-partner, but now, her life has been away from media scrutiny. She is a woman of secrecy, that’s what we believe in.
She previously worked as an autoworker for Ford Motor Co., at the time of the custody battle. But now, she is not. She is now a realtor, as per her Facebook. And her whereabouts remain unknown.
